Educational Scholars Leadership Program (ESLP)

imageThe new Educational Scholars Leadership Program (ESLP) is designed to prepare CHM faculty for long-term success in their educational leadership and scholarly roles. The program includes a structured curriculum delivered via half-day monthly meetings in East Lansing and the completion of a CHM-related educational project. The ESLP will begin Fall Semester 2008.

A cohort of up to twelve CHM faculty (clinical, basic, or social science; campus and community-based) will be selected to participate in the two-year program. Applicants should currently have or aspire to an educational leadership position within the College.

The Educational Scholars Leadership Program (ESLP) is being sponsored by the offices of the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, the Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs and Development, and the Office of Medical Education Research and Development (OMERAD).
